Following the line of games like “Grand Theft Auto”, “Total Overdose” explores life in the underworld and plays with stereotypes of organized crime – in a very comical way.
The game starts in 1989, amid a forest that is home to Inca ruins. Ernesto Cruz is a Narcotics agent, acting undercover in a drug gang. In one mission, he fails to reach the plane of the police in their escape and never return home, and the department puts the blame on an overdose – or at least that’s what they said.
Several years later, Ernesto’s son, Ramiro Cruz, was released from prison. He is warned by his twin brother, Tommy, who is in the midst of an investigation to discover the truth about his father’s death. Unfortunately, due to an accident with a grenade, Ramiro is the only one who can infiltrate and finish the job. Alone, he must break up the cartel of Papa Muerte and avenge his father.
“Total Overdose” is a,mbiented in the calientes Mexican deserts and hiding places in forests, to even the worst of the underworld in the coast of California, mixing action, chases, shootouts, fights and girls … bathed in a lot of tequila.
